March 13th - CRASH COVER addressed to Canberra, Australia. An OHMS printed cover (closed tear at top) bearing a superb, red, boxed printed cachet 'Salvaged Mail, Aircraft Crash - Singapore 13-3-54. The aircraft involved was a British Overseas Airways Corporation (BOAC) Lockheed L-749A Constellation that hit a Sea Wall at Kallang, Singapore, 33 Died.
