We couldn't put it any better, except to say, on 1st light hinge attached, and rather rare in this beautiful condition (1v. + SG Retail card). KEV11 2½d. Pale Blue Colour Trial, SG retail card (original price £2,100=) accompanies. Described by Stanley Gibbons as 'very fine unused original gum example printed in pale blue on Crown watermarked paper. Scarce 1974 RPS Certificate'. We couldn't put it any better, except to say, apparently MNH (mint never hinged) unmounted mint (UM) and rather rare in this beautiful condition (1v. + SG Retail card).
